New York HIE Demonstrates Adherence to Data Processing and Security Standards
NEW YORK, NEW YORK, June 17, 2014 — The New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) announced that it has achieved full accreditation with the Direct Trusted Agent Accreditation Program (DTAAP) from DirectTrust.org and the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC). Since 2012, NYeC has trusted J2 to support, enhance, and extend the reach of the HealthShare implementations that form the backbone of its health information exchange.
