Boston IVF is a full service clinical and academic reproductive endocrine unit, which includes the largest assisted reproductive technology (ART) program in the United States. Since 1986, Boston IVF has assisted in the birth of over 75,000 babies. Boston IVF is the clinical arm of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology for the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
When Boston IVF’s survey system was ready for an update, the clinic brought in J2 as their consulting partner. J2 set up a Salesforce Community for Boston IVF with three surveys to match the three main stages of customer interaction for Boston IVF. Each survey supports simple branching logic based on patient responses for the large question groups. Boston IVF is able to track all surveyed information in tabular or graphical format (including breakout by patient, location, and/or employee).
