When CardioFocus needed to integrate Salesforce and Epicor ERP for better sales management, the company brought in J2 Interactive as their consulting partner to complete the work.
Configurations and Integration
J2 upgraded CardioFocus’ Salesforce org and integrated Epicor to Salesforce for accounts, orders, invoices, assets, and products.
Accounts were configured to match up with Epicor GPO participation. J2 configured cases, opportunities, serialized assets and asset locations. Workflows were developed around these objects.
