Partnership to Benefit Patients Who Cross State Lines For Care
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS and COLUMBIA, MISSOURI, December 12, 2013 — The Illinois Health Information Exchange and the Missouri Health Connection have signed a new data sharing agreement, giving their stakeholders the ability to manage the care continuum for patients who cross state lines for treatment.
J2 has played an active role as a strategic implementation partner to both organizations, working in close collaboration with InterSystems to implement and enhance their respective HeathShare-based exchanges.
