Upgraded H₂0 Platform Connects to Statewide Patient Record Lookup

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, September 9, 2015 — Healthix announced today that the latest upgrade to its HealthShare-based provider portal, code-named H₂0, provides access to patient records from across the State of New York.  When users look up a patient’s history in H₂O, or in their EMR using single sign-on, they receive results spanning six different HIEs connected via the Statewide Health Information Network of New York (SHIN-NY):

• Bronx RHIO (over 2.5 million patients in the Bronx)
• HealtheConnections (over 1.6 million patients in Syracuse and surrounding counties)
• Healthix (over 12.5 million patients in New York City and Long Island)
• HealthlinkNY (over 1 million patients in Westchester, the Hudson Valley, and the Southern Tier)
• Hixny (over 3.1 million patients in Albany and surrounding counties)
• New York Care Information Gateway (over 1.8 million patients served by the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation)
