London GP Practices Now Accessing CMC Via EMIS

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, June 1, 2016 — Coordinate My Care announced that its service is now available via an “in-context link” within the EMIS Web application.  This capability enables almost 1,000 GP practices in Greater London to create, edit and approve CMC urgent care plans for their patients directly within EMIS. These care plans are immediately viewable by all connected urgent care services including 111, the out of hours GP services and the London Ambulance Service.
