We are a community of friends who always look out for one another—sharing our knowledge, sharing our burdens, and sharing the credit for our successes. We strive for a healthy work/life balance, and we defend vigorously against burnout. Unlike some companies that function like a loose collection of independent contractors, we take on every project as a team—even when one of us is on a solo assignment, our clients can rely on the knowledge and support of our entire staff. Plus we all get together for an all-expense-paid ski trip every winter, which is pretty awesome.
