Happy New Year!
It’s with much excitement that I greet each of you in the new year. We have a full 12 months ahead of endless possibility and ambition.
Taking time off during the holidays always gives me a renewed sense of creativity and a re-invigorated set of goals. I fill my planner with healthcare conferences, trips with family and friends, and the birthdays of my loved ones. It’s a wonderful annual ritual that allows me to visualize how my year will unfold and plan the pace of my projects.
We’re entering the Year of the Wood Snake in the Chinese zodiac. It’s supposed to be a year of planning and transformation, one that will provide people with opportunities to “level up” and grow.
I’ve got the planning part down, and I know my colleagues are constantly leveling up their skills, delivering above and beyond in every capacity.
